DBT has enhanced its research laboratory with the acquisition of next-generation equipment. This allows for innovation and elevates the quality control service.
For us at DBT, it represents a key driver of change within the complex fiber supply chain, enabling us to test their multiple performances and promote products focused on sustainability.
All textile fibers are analyzed: every secret within them is uncovered, their thickness (micron count / d.Tex), cut (length / fiber diagram), and any contaminating materials are detected.
DBT’s quality control laboratory is integrated into the MAGNOLAB project, where, in addition to experimentation, small batches of ribbons and tops are produced to offer integrated projects that cover the entire supply chain with extensive and targeted expertise.
